If we’re being honest, only a select few will be pointing out the age issue with Jon Jones and Stipe Miocic in 10/20 years. With a tenure as long as his, Jon Jones is already the greatest of all time. Beating Stipe Miocic actually does help, like it or not. Should Jon Jones retire? Absolutely if he’s not going to fight Tom Aspinall. Either retire or drop the belt. Let’s get the division moving.

Michael Chandler is as big of a cheater as it gets in MMA. He rematched Michael Chandler at UFC 309 and cheated in almost every way possible. Regardless, he was dominated for most of the fight until he unloaded hammerfists in the back of Charles Oliveira’s head. We don’t pull for Michael Chandler anymore, chat.

Bo Nickal is ice cold after UFC 309 as well. His bad fights against Cody Brundage and now Paul Craig are in front of massive crowds. But here’s the thing: these bad fights have to happen. They usually just don’t happen at UFC 300 or on a Jon Jones undercard. Bo Nickal has a bright future but he’s only been training two years. Let the young man grow.

Mauricio Ruffy is that dude and I didn’t even know it. He came to UFC 309 to prove that he’s a fun action fighter and he achieved that goal. I stan Mauricio Ruffy now.
